History

Shane, Sue, and John Miller DIVCON, Inc. John G. Miller and Susan E. Miller founded Diversified Construction in February of 1976. The company incorporated two years later and changed the name to DIVCON, Inc. The company operates as a full service general contractor and specializes in market niches. These market niches and our building background have given DIVCON, Inc. the breadth of experience to offer diverse services to our customers.

Our history includes:

• 1,000+ Projects
• 76+ Design-Build Projects
• 58+ Tilt-Up Projects
• 219+ Tenant Improvement Projects
• 176+ Cell Sites
• 65+ Park and Recreation Projects

Eighty-six percent of our projects are for repeat customers. The company has a steady workforce and emphasizes training and personal development for all its employees.

We specialize in design-build projects for private customers and work closely with numerous developers. Being a building owner and developer gives us a unique perspective on building projects. Projects are not just bricks and mortar, they also represent operating expenses, maintenance, and occupant needs. Our insight in all of these areas helps us to view buildings as more than just the initial investment. We help our customers create value.

As a design-build contractor, we have specialized in Tilt-Up concrete buildings. DIVCON, Inc. is the recognized leader in Tilt-Up concrete construction in the Inland Northwest.
